Our founders aren't outsiders who stumbled upon a rental market opportunity — they're Southern Utah locals who know these roads, trails, ski runs, and canyon vistas intimately. We built this company because we believed the place we love deserved a property management company that was truly worthy of it.

Phyllis is the heart of Diamond Peak. A Southern Utah local with deep ties to the Parowan and Brian Head community, she brings a personal, attentive approach to every owner and guest relationship. Born and raised in Cedar City, Cheyenne has spent her life exploring Southern Utah, from finding every ski run in Brian Head to discovering the best fishing spots, hikes, and hidden backroads.
As Assistant Property Manager, Cheyenne oversees cleaning and maintenance, making sure every property is clean, comfortable, and in pristine condition for each guest. She takes pride in the details and works diligently to ensure maintenance needs are handled quickly and efficiently.

Diamond Peak’s roots here go back to the people who settled this town. Our ties to Brian Head run through the founding families themselves — the same names on the old maps are the names we grew up around the dinner table with.
That’s part of why we always point our guests toward Georg’s Ski Shop, a family-owned outfitter that’s been part of Brian Head as long as almost anyone. Stop by and you’ll notice two chairlift chairs sitting out front — one that’s been there for years, and a newer one recently dedicated to a beloved member of the shop’s family, affectionately known as “Oma.” It’s a small detail, but it says everything about this town: people don’t just live here, they build it, generation after generation, and they remember who came before them.
