SNOWSHOE VILLAGE IS A NON-SMOKING COMMUNITY
This is a true ski-in/ski-out vacation property with a private entrance for wonderful privacy and proximity to nature. Simply unpack your bags and enjoy this relaxing mountain condo!
Updated condo with a queen master bedroom, a loft area which includes a second queen bed, and an upper loft with single bed. Sleeps 5 with ease. In the summer the temperatures are cool with abundant hiking in nearby Cedar Breaks National Monument and the Dixie National Forest. In winter, walk out the front door to the ski slope and ski all day before relaxing in front of the fireplace. Then do it all over again the next day!
Living Room – 42′ LCD TV, Cable (with HBO), DVD player, fireplace, new hard wood floors and a dining room table that seats four comfortably.
Kitchen – New kitchen cabinets and countertops, all new appliances including a dishwasher. Just bring food as everything else is here for your use.
Bathroom – Tub and shower with a new vanity.
Bedroom – Queen bed, dresser, new front-loading washer and dryer.
Loft Bedroom Area – queen bed, single bed, dresser, sitting area and TV with DVD player.
4WD or AWD with 2 snow rated tires and/or steel chains are required during the winter months. This is required by Utah Law. Please be prepared.
Plowing in town and within our association takes place after 6 inches of snow, and when the contract starts with the plowing company. Usually the middle of November. During bad storms and/or heavy snow, plowing takes longer.
All garbage should be placed in the dumpster before checking out. No garbage or recycling should be left outside. Fines/tickets could be issued.
Winter activities: downhill skiing and snowboarding out the front door. Miles and miles of cross country and snowmobile trails run right through this conveniently located condo. Brian Head also includes a snow tubing and sledding hill for kids and adults. It is a winter paradise!
Summer activities: some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails in Utah. Take the chair lift up the hill for a spectacular start to your day at 11,000 feet. Grab your rod and reel for a day of fishing on the nearby lakes. If you like Disc Golf, Brian Head has 18 x Par 3 holes.
National Parks and Monuments – Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and Cedar Breaks Monument are all just a short drive away.
