THIS UNIT IS A NON SMOKING AND NON PET FRIENDLY UNIT. NO ANIMALS LIVE HERE.
The view from this unit will take your breath away. This amazing would be great for your much needed getaway. It offers a queen size bed along with a queen size sofa pull out. Depending on your preference it can sleep 3 or 4 comfortably. A nice large flat screen TV is a great bonus for this unit.
There is elevator access to this unit. The amenities are located in the same building.
Copper Chase Condominiums still holds the title of the premier complex in all of Brian Head. You will have access to Pool, Spa, Gym, Saunas, Locker Rooms, Lobby equipped with Wi-Fi, Common area kitchen for larger groups, and Coin-op Laundry Facilities. Our Complex also is set for ski out capabilities to the Navajo Mountain. Please remember we are a condo complex, not a hotel. Please contact your Property Manager for any assistance you might require. All units are individually furnished, please ask Property Manager if your condo has a specific amenity. (i.e. blow dryers, crock pots, roasting pans etc.)

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN ANY COPPER CHASE UNITS BY RENTAL GUESTS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 FEE, PLUS A $50.00 PER HOUR FEE TO CLEAN THE UNIT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
THE BASE ELEVATION FOR BRIAN HEAD, UT IS AROUND 9600 FEET
No children under 5 are allowed in the spa. No children under 3 in pool. No solo bathing, and children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older.
No food or glass is allowed in the pool area.
These are state law requirements.
